4a) Make a final decision about your logical argument research topic. What is it? Questions to ask yourself.
My logical argument research topic is domestic abuse which is when there is violence within a relationship, either side can take such actions because they are mad at points and they believe that at that point the best thing is to hit the other partner. The question to ask upon ourselves is why do partners take such actions? Is this necessary upon a relationship? When this happens what is the next step the person takes?
What have we been studying in class this year? We have been studying on how we can make bloggs for the many research topics we have been interested to learning, and  decide whether they are necessary topics in which we are interested on.
Which subjects appeal to me? The subjects that appeal to me is domestic violence, and animal rights which is many topics in which we should look forward too because many people disregard it but many people suffer because of thus.
What are people writing about? People are writing about topics in which most interest them because they want to learn more things.
What's most interesting to me? The most interesting thing is how many people feel that animals don't deserve rights, and treat them wrong.
Can I find information about that? There is many websites in which have the logical argument I believe is necessary, and many places can gives information upon that.

4b)Why are you most interested in the topic of argument selected?

I am most interested in domestic violence because many people seem it is unnecessary because that is very common, and there are many people in the world who suffer among there relationships.

  1. Should abortion continue to be legal as stipulated by Roe v. Wade? Why or why not?
Yes because it becomes the consent of the person and there family to decide whether or not they will give birth, and if they find it moral to kill the life of an infant.
  1. What are the medical implications of the U.S. Supreme Court decision to uphold the constitutionality of the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act?
The medical implications are for the safety and the well being of the woman who chooses to do abortion, and protecting the prenatal life.
  1. Are there any situations in which abortions should be declared illegal or be severely restricted?
Yes when a woman endures sexual intercourse for "fun" without protection, and ends up pregnant should become illegal because she had chose to do the certain actions but it is legal when they are raped.
  1. Which side in the debate has been more successful in making their case on the issue of abortion and why?
The side of abortion being up to the consent of the woman didn't, but it being considered as a murder to kill the fetus is successful as there are implications to be considered and that is because a life is being killed.
  1. Based upon your understanding of the core beliefs and principles of the major camps in this discussion, is compromise possible? Why or why not?
Compromise is possible because it depends on the woman in order to choose whether they will do with the fetus, and whether or not they consider it legal or illegal to have an abortion.
